ASAP partnered with the Shishton community to develop Shishton Primary School in 2018. A neighboring school of ASAP’s first partner school, Mbaaseny Primary, most of this school was in disrepair, unsafe, and lacked adequate infrastructure. In 2018, we began renovation and development of the school and have since constructed 3 classrooms, student toilets, rainwater catchment and safe water cisterns, a school kitchen, and provided COVID-19 resources and support.
