ASAP was born out of a small group of globally conscious friends who had lived and traveled throughout Africa and saw not only the countless roadblocks to education, but also the wide and transformative power of equitable, quality education.
We have come a long way
Today, ASAP has a Tanzanian and a U.S.-based Board of Directors, working together to empower and create opportunities for Tanzanians, particularly girls, by removing obstacles to quality education and learning.
