Pancras Victor Mulimila
Country Manager
Victor leads ASAP’s operations in Tanzania with more than 25 years of experience in organizational development, program management, and community-driven education initiatives. He holds a Master’s in Rural Development from Sokoine University of Agriculture and a BA in Sociology from the University of Dar es Salaam. Throughout his career, Victor has worked with national and international NGOs to strengthen systems, mobilize resources, and build partnerships that advance inclusive education and community development. He is especially passionate about efforts that expand access to quality learning for rural children, empower girls, and promote active community participation in sustainable development.
Victor has also co-authored numerous publications on counseling, health, and community responses to HIV/AIDS, contributing to national and regional knowledge in public health and development. Beyond his professional role, he enjoys exploring new cultures through travel, reading and writing, and staying active through sports—especially soccer and swimming. His work with ASAP reflects a lifelong commitment to creating opportunities for children and ensuring education can unlock the potential of every community.
