His expertise spans program management, monitoring and evaluation, and research across diverse sectors, including education, sexual and reproductive health, agriculture, and advocacy.

With a Master of Arts in Monitoring and Evaluation and a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Development, Scarion combines academic rigor with practical experience. He has made significant contributions to organizations like Deutsche Stiftung Weltbevoelkerung (DSW) and EDI Global, where he conducted research and managed teams.

Scarion’s mission is to advance gender equality, inclusive education, and sustainable development. His commitment to catalyzing transformative change on a global scale positions him as a valuable asset in advancing gender equality, education, and economic opportunities worldwide.

Beyond his professional commitments, Scarion’s thirst for knowledge extends to exploring different cultures, including learning experiences in Kerala, Kochi, India, and the USA. He has a diverse range of interests, including a love for instrumental music, a penchant for reading research journal articles and books, and a passion for sports, particularly soccer and basketball.
